We provide relationship and personal-development coaching. Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support your growth and goals.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for any of these. We do not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or need medical or psychological care, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
When you book a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or to cancel or reschedule as early as possible if you cannot make it. Details of any cancellation or rescheduling policy will be provided at the time of booking.
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us related to your sessions, including by email and text message. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Breakthrough Life, LLC offers an SMS messaging program that sends appointment-related text messages to individuals who book a coaching session and provide consent. Messages include booking confirmations and appointment reminders related to your Relationship Pattern Clarity Session. This is a transactional messaging program; message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
Message and data rates may apply to any text messages you send to or receive from us, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Breakthrough Life, LLC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Our services and SMS program are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services or opting in to receive messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Where fees apply, they will be disclosed to you before your session. Free sessions carry no payment obligation.
All content on the Site, including text, materials, and methods, is owned by Breakthrough Life, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
We treat the content of your sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breakthrough Life, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our services are provided "as is," and results vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
